• Hold a valid business license or resale certificate
• Operate a physical or online retail store (no third-party marketplaces)
• Comply with MAP and brand display guidelines

Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening Order Minimum: $250
• Reorder Minimum: $150
• Products must be ordered in case quantities ( 12 per SKU)

• Wholesale pricing is typically 40-50% off MSRP
• Payment is required in full before shipment unless net terms are pre-approved
