RETURNS

Regrettably we do not accept returns, however if there is an issue with your item(s), please reach out to us order@everydayskin.co. We would be more than happy to open a dialogue about how we can help you solve the problem.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon purchase, your items will be shipped out to you in 3-4 business days via USPS. You will receive an order confirmation email and also a shipping confirmation email when the order is dispatched. If you need faster delivery, there are options for expedited shipping and tracking available during checkout. 

DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. They are always estimated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After the package has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the chosen shipper to safely deliver it to its destination.

Everyday Skin & Co cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise during delivery, such as but not limited to:

  • Mistakes made by the United States Postal Service or PO box issues
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Damage to orders by the postal service
  • Stolen packages after delivery
